Products and Pricing
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurately. Product information, pricing, and availability may change without notice.
Orders and Payment
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order when necessary, including because of availability, pricing, payment, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid.
Shipping
Shipping estimates are estimates and may vary. Some products may ship separately from different fulfillment locations.
Returns and Issues
Returns and product issues are governed by our Refund & Issue Policy.
Water Safety
The Sunnycub™ Premium Float Suit is not a substitute for a certified life jacket or active adult supervision. Always supervise children near water.
Intellectual Property
Sunnycub content, branding, product imagery, text, and other materials may not be reproduced or used without permission.
Third-Party Services
Our store may use Shopify and other third-party services to process payments, orders, shipping, analytics, and other store functions.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sunnycub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.
