Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at chasingdreamss90@gmail.com. Include your order number along with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
